An idyllic penthouse perched high above the ocean in South beach, the project required the combination of two units and carving out five bedrooms for a large New York family. The clients requested bright and airy but sophisticated. A large collection of contemporary art sits atop white venetian stucco walls and reverberates with large scale white Thasos floors. The plaster floor lamps are from the Fountainebleau hotel and the round coffee table is Laverne from Lobel Modern. The dining table is custom Linen Lacquer on brushed nickel bases.
